How can I pay? What payments does WELLINGTON Accessories & Bags accept?

We accept payment via Paypal, Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Postepay and advance bank transfer.

If the bank transfer is chosen as a payment method, the order will be sent only after receipt of the amount due on the WELLINGTON Accessories & Bags bank account.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipments are free throughout Italy via the GLS courier.

Shipments to the following European Union countries: France, Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Croatia, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania and Luxembourg will cost EUR 14,90 by Express courier GLS, DHL.

How much does the return of an item cost?

Return is always free from WELLINGTON Accessories & Bags. The GLS courier will pick up the package directly from the address you have chosen. During the return procedure, you will be asked to contact us by email where you can indicate a preferred day for the collection of the package.

How do I order a product on WELLINGTON Accessories & Bags?

Select the product you are interested in and then click on "Add to cart" to insert the selected item in the cart. Then click on "Proceed to Checkout" and follow the instructions to complete the three steps of the order procedure. Once the purchase is completed, an email will be sent to you with the order number and summary. Once the package is shipped we will send you the tracking code. What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not present at the time of delivery, GLS will leave you a notice and try to contact you by phone to make an appointment with you to redeliver the item. If they fail to reach an agreement with you by telephone, they will store your package and at that point we will contact you by email to inform you where your package is stored. The package will remain in storage for a maximum time of 5 days after which it will be automatically returned to our office.

Do you have physical retailers in my area?

WELLINGTON Acccessories & Bags sells its products online. We have many retailers but we advise you to buy online as it would be difficult to indicate a store that has the product of your interest on sale.
