Shipping is free throughout Italy.
Throughout Italy, including the islands, delivery times are 2-4 working days from receipt of order.
If unforeseen events occur during the processing of your order, such as delays, out-of-stock of a product, etc., we will promptly inform you by e-mail of the status of your order and the new delivery date.

If you find any tampering or breakage, you must immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by placing the word "signature with reservation" on the delivery document received from the courier. You must then notify us by e-mail of any damage within 5 days of receipt of the goods.
If the customer does not collect the ordered goods in storage at the carrier's warehouses within 5 working days due to the repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated at the time of the order, the order shall be cancelled and the customer shall be charged with the costs of delivery and storage of the goods.
A fee of 14.90 Euros will be charged for shipping to EU countries.
WELLINGTON Accessories&Bags shall bear all export customs charges. Any import customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will be charged at the time of delivery. WELLINGTON Accessories&Bags has no control over import customs duties, which may vary from country to country.
WELLINGTON Accessories&Bags guarantees that orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of receipt. Should there be a delay in delivery that is not attributable to WELLINGTON Accessories&Bags (adverse weather conditions, unplanned strikes, disruptions in service not attributable to us), we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused.
