General conditions of sale
The present general conditions of sale of WELLINGTON Accessories & Bags, apply to all contracts concluded by a consumer or a professional (hereinafter "customer") with the seller, in reference to the goods and / or services on sale in the seller's online store. These conditions exclude the application of the customer's own provisions, unless otherwise agreed.
The product descriptions in the seller's online store constitute binding offers on the part of the seller.
The customer can accept the offer via the order form on the seller's online store. In the event that the order is made via the online order form, after entering the personal data, the customer, by clicking on the validation button at the end of the purchase procedure, provides the legally binding acceptance of the contractual offer in relation to the goods contained in their cart.
In the 'my account' area, registered customers will find information about orders or shipments, returns and refunds on products purchased on our website.
The seller will send the customer an order confirmation by email.
Unless otherwise indicated by the seller in the description of the product, the prices indicated by the seller are final prices inclusive of applicable taxes according to law. Any additional shipping and delivery costs will be shown separately in the descriptions of the respective products.
The customer has various payment options available, illustrated on the seller's website.
The goods are sent by courier to the address indicated by the customer. The order is processed taking into account the shipping address indicated. As an exception to what has been indicated, if the payment by bank transfer has been chosen, the order will leave upon receipt of the amount due.
If the courier returns the goods to the seller due to the impossibility of delivery to the customer, the shipping costs of undelivered goods will be paid by the customer. This is not applicable if the customer exercises the right of withdrawal where the circumstance that made the delivery impossible is not attributable to the customer themselves or if the latter was temporarily unable to accept the service offered, unless the seller had informed them of the execution of this service in due time.
Our products, even if they are leather products, are guaranteed for 1 year, as are the zippers, press studs and seams.
Any defective return shipment will be entirely at the seller's expense.
